Kerry is our business owner.
She comes from a hair and beauty background with nearly 20 years in the trade, this remains her passion.
As Halo’s partner, they shared a vision to create an environment which encouraged artistic innovation and challenged all who worked within to become the best they could be in their fields.
And so she created Tattoo Morningstar and has worked tirelessly to create the award winning studio we have today.
With the customer at the heart of everything we do.
Her vision remains ambitious as she looks to grow the business and support all staff to develop, upskill and provide an increasingly diverse range of skills and capabilities in the future.

Our most experienced Artist. With over 30 years in the trade he has worked in Weymouth for over 20 years now seeing many evolutions in tattooing in regards tech, methods and styles.
He loves a challenge and opportunities to progress as an artist and embraces any challenge we can throw at him.
Also with a medical background he has an incredible skill in piercing an modifications which he passes down in training the shops piercers to be some of the most skilled in the town.
His banter keeps everyone on their toes.
He has a penchant for cover ups, loves gothic and realism tattooing.

From model maker to tattoo artist, Ren left behind many years of teaching in our local schools to commit to his life long passion for art and all things creative.
Perhaps one of the most vibrant members of the studio this man has become somewhat of a force in the tattoo world.
Ren's many extra-curricular activities and vast range of hobbies, have allowed him to create a great following of tattoo'ees.
His creativity and ability to bring his customers vision to reality is phenomenal.
With only 5 years as a tattoo artist Ren's energy and commitment to advancing himself has led him to constantly looking for the next challenge and way of growing his capabilities and how he can deliver the supreme quality we see in his work.

Our newest tattooist.
During lockdown, Lee realised that he was far from happy in his career and since has fully immersed himself into the industry like a sponge.
His thirst for knowledge and his hunger to become a tattoo artist has made Lee's journey with us exponential.
He is constantly on the hunt for something he is currently unable to do and will always rapidly work out how he can rise to the challenge.
As a fellow geek he has amalgamated perfectly in to the team and his energy and skill have made him an incredible and much valued addition to the team!

The livewire of the studio.
Having spent a fair bit of time over the past year helping us out, Chris developed an interest in the piercing side of the business.
The more we taught him, the more he wanted to learn.. so he has finally left the public sector to come on board with us.
With a diverse background in many industries including being a widely known local musician, but more recently his business accrement led him to a big interest in the passion of the studio to grow and develop.
Chris brings a contagious energy to the studio and front desk, he thrives on customer service and in between drumming on every surface he gets close to, he's always raring to help you to get the most out of your Morningstar experience!

Having visited as a customer on a few occasions, loved it with us so much she has come to work with us as a piercer and on our front desk.
Coming from a healthcare background Sian was excited to step into the piercing world and learn all there is to learn about the industry.
Bringing youth and freshness to the studio, her humor and energy has made her a welcomed addition and we very much look forward to seeing what she will bring to the team!
