Our Charity Work
Charity is something that is a massive importance here at Morningstar.
December 2025 was our first big event named 'Tats4Toys'. The studio spent the day tattooing pre set flash in exchange for toys so that no child went with out a toy over the Christmas period.
1000s of toys were donated to families that were in need, to the local hospital, local nursery's that struggle with funding and local youth centers that were in need.
Dorset Mind
From September to April we run monthly £20 designs with £1 from each one going to support our local mental health charity Dorset Mind.
This year we raised £300!! That's 300 tattoos!
Competitions
Through out the winter months when everyone is feeling the pinch, we run weekly cash giveaways on the Facebook and Instagram pages as well as raffle off full day sittings for just £1. This not only helps those financially struggling but also helps our social medias stay ahead of the traction in our quieter months.
Recognition
At Morningstar we recognise the importance that tattooing has for people, and that those people may not always be able to afford a tattoo. By running our £20 charity tattoos those in crisis get the pain therapy they need while giving back to the community and charity that has helped them.
